Welcome to Delta Labs. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms of Service apply to all clients.
1. Project Start & Advance Payment
All projects begin after a 50% advance payment. Remaining 50% is payable before final delivery or website deployment.
2. Scope of Work
The project scope will be clearly defined in the proposal. Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
3. Timelines & Delivery
Delta Labs will share a project timeline after the advance is received. Timelines may shift if the client delays providing content, feedback, or approvals. We are not responsible for delays caused by pending inputs from the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all content (text, logos, branding, product info) required for the website & necessary access (hosting, domain, third-party tools).
Feedback must be given within 24 hours of receiving updates. If no feedback is received within 48 hours, the section is considered approved, and work continues. Changes afterward will be billed.
5. Payments & Billing
Payment terms will be defined in the project proposal.
Work will not progress to the next milestone until the previous milestone payment is cleared.
The website will not be deployed/live until full payment is completed.
6. Revisions
Each project includes 2 revision rounds.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website and approved designs. Delta Labs may showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.
8. Delays & Pauses
If the client delays beyond agreed timelines, Delta Labs will proceed with the last approved version. If there's no communication for 7 days, the project will be marked as completed, and the remaining payment will become due. Restarting the project requires a restart fee.
9. Deployment & Handover
Deployment occurs after full payment.
10. Maintenance & Support
30 days of basic support is included. Additional maintenance is billed separately. Any additional monthly maintenance or SEO support will be part of a separate maintenance plan.
11. Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable as they secure resources and scheduling.
12. Termination
Delta Labs may terminate a project if payments are delayed or communication stops. In such cases, all completed work till date must be paid for.
13. Third-Party Services
Delta Labs is not responsible for issues caused by hosting, domains, plugins, or third-party tools. Any additional cost associated with these is borne by the client.
14. Liability
Delta Labs is not liable for business losses, SEO fluctuations, attacks, or external issues & future modifications made by third-party developers.
15. Communication
Official communication will occur via WhatsApp, email, or Scheduled meetings.
16. Acceptance of Terms
Starting a project or paying the advance signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
